Job Description
Are you interested in working at the heart of a versatile property site? Do you enjoy various customer encounters and want to play an important role as a connecting element of the property? Great! You might be exactly who we are looking for. We are seeking individuals for one permanent position and one approximately one-year fixed-term position to handle **reception and office services** in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In this role, you will be at the core of customer interactions and ensure that the daily operations of the building run smoothly. Your responsibilities include providing information, guidance, mail handling, and collaborating with service providers and building users. You will also be involved in developing operational procedures and actively share your insights and observations. What we expect from you: - Excellent customer service attitude and positivity - Initiative and willingness to find solutions independently - Reliability and ability to operate in a changing environment - Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (other languages are considered an advantage) - Previous experience in customer service (experience in reception services is a plus) - Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly - Understanding of workplace safety (experience in security sector is a plus, security guard license not required) What we offer: - A diverse and responsible role - Opportunities to develop your skills and work environment - Support from a flexible organization and friendly colleagues - Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing team support Daily tasks include: - Greeting, advising, and guiding clients - Handling customer service calls and emails - Preparing meeting room reservations and changing equipment - Managing incoming and outgoing mail - Access control and key management tasks - Collaborating with partner organizations and relaying service requests (e.g., cleaning and maintenance requests) - Office tasks such as processing orders - Managing supplies - Ensuring the comfort of reception, meeting, and other spaces Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 17:00, 7.5 hours per day.
