As a Unit Manager, you will independently oversee the entire service business in the Lappeenranta area, including its financial results and targeted development. Job Tasks - Leading and developing the service business: Responsible for the operational activities, strategic planning, and results in the Lappeenranta area. - Building and maintaining customer relationships: Actively engaging with clients, strengthening partnerships, and acquiring new customer relationships. - Leading and coaching the team: Inspiringly leading your expert team, supporting their success, and developing the unit’s expertise. - Developing service processes and operational models: Ensuring efficiency, quality, and smoothness of processes in daily operations. - Ensuring profitability and quality: Monitoring financial metrics and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to meet targets. We Are Looking For - Strong experience in the service business and profitable management of service operations. - Proven track record of successful and active customer engagement and development. - Ability and desire to lead and develop a team goal-oriented and people-centered. - Deep understanding of the profitability of service business, financial indicators, and processes. - Good communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, as well as a solution-oriented attitude. We Appreciate If You Have - Technical knowledge of the electrical field or previous experience in electrical installations.
