Job Tasks - Leading and developing the service business: Responsible for the operational activities, strategic planning, and results in the Lappeenranta area. - Building and maintaining customer relationships: Actively engaging with clients, strengthening partnerships, and acquiring new customer relationships. - Leading and coaching the team: Inspiringly leading your expert team, supporting their success, and developing the unit’s expertise. - Developing service processes and operational models: Ensuring efficiency, quality, and smoothness of processes in daily operations. - Ensuring profitability and quality: Monitoring financial metrics and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to meet targets.
