Customer Service Assistant, Mastermark Oy - Staffpoint Holding Oy - Turku, Finland

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our client Mastermark Oy in Turku. As a Customer Service Assistant, your responsibilities include a variety of purchasing-related tasks in a friendly and professional team. You will handle sales orders and related purchase orders, monitor sales and purchase order balances, search for suppliers and products, enter product codes into the system, and manage product quality control and complaints. You will communicate fluently with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in Finnish and English. In addition to good interaction and teamwork skills, you have the ability to manage your own work according to goals and schedules, even during busy times. Changing situations motivate you to find suitable solutions for all parties in the supply chain. Success in this role requires an open mind and enthusiasm for challenges more than previous work experience – learning ability and a positive attitude are valuable. The work is performed daily in a comfortable office in Turku Orikedolla with colleagues. Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. The employment begins as soon as possible on a full-time (37.5 hours/week) and permanent basis. The employment relationship follows the retail sector collective agreement. The employment contract is directly between Mastermark and the employee.
