We are looking for qualified practical nurses to work in home care services in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and Kerava. Some positions require medication qualifications, which can be obtained through us. Our mission is to ease and support families' daily lives. Your work focuses on the well-being of clients and helping families manage their daily routines. Your work supports parents' resilience and reduces daily stress. We offer flexible work arrangements that can be adapted to your personal situation and families. A typical shift lasts 2-4 hours per client, with longer night shifts. We hope you can commit to at least one client for a minimum of one month. Full-time work is also possible. If desired, you can work with multiple clients on the same day. Work mainly takes place in clients' homes and their immediate surroundings. We are looking for proactive professionals with good communication skills, experienced in working with disabled persons, the elderly, or children and families. We offer the best pay in the field: - Hourly wage 16-17 € + 9% holiday pay (17.44-18.53€/h) + evening and weekend bonuses according to collective agreement. In some cases, the pay is 18€/h + 9% holiday pay (19.62€/h).
