We are looking for an experienced construction professional with also HVAC skills to join our client's team. An electrician with relevant experience may also be suitable. To succeed in this role: - Solid experience in construction and maintenance work - HVAC expertise (electrician skills are also considered an advantage) - Valid B driver's license - Own car is an advantage at the start of the job - Willingness to participate in on-call shifts - Good customer service and interaction skills - Reliable, proactive, and professional work attitude. The work involves diverse property maintenance and repair tasks. - Property maintenance and repair work - Small construction and renovation tasks - Troubleshooting and repairs - Working at customer sites. If the applicant has experience in comprehensive apartment renovations, it will be considered a significant advantage.
