In this role, you will assemble key components of heavy vehicles – engines, powertrains, brake and steering systems – and ensure each vehicle meets the required standards. What the work involves: At the Karjaa factory, you will work on heavy vehicle assembly tasks. Tasks may include: - Installation of axles and powertrain systems - Mounting and connecting engines and gearboxes - Installation and adjustment of brake and steering systems - Wiring and testing of electrical and sensor systems - Equipping the cab, dashboard, and interior - Installation of pneumatic systems - Quality assurance and measurements What we expect from you: - Experience in vehicle assembly, heavy vehicle maintenance, or other technical assembly work - Careful and systematic work approach - Proficiency with tools - Fluent Finnish or Swedish language skills - Ability to work in a team - Being of legal age Advantages: - Education in vehicle technology - Experience with vehicle electronics, hydraulic systems, or pneumatic systems - Skills in troubleshooting and adjustment work - Willingness to develop into more demanding assembly tasks We offer: - Start of employment as soon as possible at the Karjaa location - Full-time day shift Mon-Fri 7:00-15:30, with possible weekend work - Competitive salary based on your skills, details to be specified during the recruitment process - Long-term employment opportunity at the forefront of the Finnish vehicle industry - Support from an experienced team and a positive working environment You will be employed by Wellpack, a company founded in 2013 providing high-quality staffing services.
