The company is growing steadily and actively utilizes artificial intelligence in both our own development and customer solutions. Revenue for the fiscal year 2025 was €745,000, with a positive result. River IT Oy is now seeking a Lead AI Developer in Seinäjoki. In this new role, you will develop AI-based solutions with the team and influence the company's technical direction. Our goal is to be the most interesting software consulting company in the region, from the perspective of developers utilizing artificial intelligence. We are looking for an experienced software developer who combines skills in application design, practical implementation, and project execution. In this role, you will work on diverse customer projects and influence how modern development practices and AI are integrated into software development. Your responsibilities: - Drive projects forward together with the team - Design technical solutions and participate in technical decisions - Contribute to development work hands-on - Actively utilize AI-assisted development and agent-based tools - Serve as the technical contact for customers - Bring your experience to project implementation and technical work as part of the team This is not just a developer role but an opportunity to genuinely influence project success, technical practices, and the company's future direction.
