Hello practical nurse! Are you interested in doing meaningful work in home care for children with special needs? Are you outgoing, passionate about caring for children, and able to work independently? Do you possess our values of authenticity, empathy, and reliability? If yes, FamilyPro might be the workplace of your dreams. We are currently hiring practical nurses! You can decide how much you want to work in three-week periods. Our office is located in Masku, and clients are in the Southwest Finland region. Although the work is independent, our team is here to support you. Your day involves visiting the client during your shift, taking care of the child's basic needs, nutrition, medication, and play, without forgetting the rehabilitation aspect. Our nurses rarely visit our office. We consider the following an advantage: - Work experience in the field of children with special needs, neuropsychiatric conditions, or developmental disabilities. - Sign language/augmentative and alternative communication skills. Basic sign language skills are sufficient. - Proficiency in English and Swedish. Currently, there are no Swedish-speaking children in care. - Valid medication licenses. Medication training is provided in our unit. Mandatory: - Driver's license and access to a personal car. - Good proficiency in Finnish.
