We are seeking a part-time (75%) practical nurse for the Wellbeing Services County of Ostrobothnia, with an initial placement in home care Northern Area 5, Uusikaarlepyy. As a practical nurse in home care, you will work in clients' homes supporting their daily activities and well-being. The work is independent but carried out in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which includes nurses and other professionals. The work involves three shifts (morning, evening, and night shifts). Work tasks Basic care and support at the client's home. Support in daily activities. Monitoring the client's condition. Ability to work independently. Interest in working with people. Qualifications: Practical nurse degree or a qualification according to the Decree on Health Care Professionals (564/1994) or the Decree on Social Welfare Professionals (153/2016). Satisfactory oral and written skills in both national languages. Practical nurses must register with both professional registers of Valvira, Terhikki and Suosikki. In addition, the selected candidate must have valid vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016) section 48 and a criminal record extract as specified in section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act. A trial period will be applied.
