What you will do: As part of our operational team, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment and systems. You will act as a supervisor for the electrical and automation technician team, responsible for personnel planning and development. You will ensure the safety and safe working conditions of your team members. Your tasks include planning, executing, and supervising preventive maintenance, procurement of spare parts and equipment, and participating in the mill’s annual maintenance shutdown planning, development projects, and other projects.
