This role focuses on driving efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and executing strategic initiatives smoothly. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations to ensure maximum productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies; leading, motivating, and developing local operational teams; collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline processes; managing site resources, budgeting, and operational planning; and serving as the primary contact for site resolutions, facility management, and escalation handling. The role requires proven leadership experience in an operational, facility, or site management environment, strong understanding of process optimization, resource allocation, team development, excellent organizational skills, and a good understanding of the sports segment and license management.
