We are looking for a Business Advisor to support sales in corporate and farm business operations and to ensure a smooth customer experience. We are seeking a Business Advisor for LähiTapiola Pirkanmaa to strengthen business support. As a Business Advisor, you play a central role in daily success. You ensure that our salespeople have the best conditions to succeed in sales work and that our customers receive expert, smooth, and straightforward service in every interaction. You work closely with sales staff, resolve situations, and ensure that processes proceed smoothly. You also participate in customer interactions across various channels and ensure that transactions with us are easy and clear for the customer. What does the job include? The role is a versatile combination of sales support and customer service: supporting salespeople in daily work and customer situations, assisting with questions related to systems and processes, participating in customer service and advice across different channels, handling insurance matters and forwarding them smoothly, ensuring the accuracy of customer data, participating in various investigations and handling practical matters. In this role, you can influence daily operations, build good cooperation, and help others succeed.
