Job Description
The Intern/Analyst position is responsible for supporting project delivery and client service within the total rewards solution. Tasks include client research, data analysis, survey benchmarking, Excel modeling, and data collection. The role involves working with project teams to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely work, assisting with data cleaning and analysis, and developing an understanding of Korn Ferry's analytical tools. The position is remote via telephone or email, with a focus on developing skills in consulting tools and techniques. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, basic Excel skills, and be available from August to December 2026 on a full-time basis. Previous experience in professional services, finance, or HR is preferred but not essential.
