We are seeking a design-oriented Key Account Manager for electrical panel sales to join our client Gistele Oy's sales team. The team includes two salespeople, a quotation preparer, and a sales assistant. Gistele's main office is located in Turku. We value experience, but are also open to individuals with a background in electrical design who are at the beginning of their sales careers. We offer a responsible role in solution sales, where you are not just a salesperson but also a partner providing added value to customers' businesses. You will report directly to the company's management. As a Key Account Manager you will work closely with existing customers and actively build new customer relationships. The role requires expertise in electrical (panel) design, so practical experience in electrical design is essential. As a team player, you should also be willing to take on design tasks when customer needs or company workload require. We hope you have sales-oriented mindset and proactive customer contact skills, practical experience/understanding of electrical (panel) design, problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach, willingness to travel domestically, skills in quotation preparation and pricing, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and teamworking skills, time management and prioritization skills, proficiency in Finnish and English.
