Personal Assistant - Kohtakorpi, Hanna - Tampere, Finland

I am looking for at least one personal assistant in Kaleva, Tampere. I am a 39-year-old woman with a visual impairment. I need help both at home and outside the home. Tasks include errands such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, reading mail, filling out paper forms, assisting with hobbies and leisure activities. Regular hobbies include blind ping-pong and shooting. I also enjoy going to the movies and cafes in my free time. I like playing board games, doing crafts, and baking. Occasionally, I go swimming. Due to my swimming hobby, I am looking for a female assistant. However, the assistant is not required to enter the pool, just to help with dressing and moving in the dressing and washing areas. I have cats at home, so the work is not suitable for someone allergic to cats. It is a big plus if you have cats yourself or experience with cats, as I need help with veterinary visits and possible medication for my cats. Previous work experience is not necessary. The work does not involve heavy lifting or caregiving tasks. I also expect the assistant to have good Finnish language skills, as I only speak Finnish. Applications should be in Finnish. Currently, I am granted 160 hours per month, but the hours can be adjusted if you are a student or have another job. I currently have one assistant working fewer hours. The workdays are usually 6-8 hours long, but occasionally there are longer days, especially when traveling for blind ping-pong training, which requires travel within the country, making the days longer. These days are always agreed upon in advance. The work is needed during the day, in the evenings, and also on weekends as needed. For example, blind ping-pong training is always in the evening, and competition trips are always on weekends. Competition trips sometimes require overnight stays, so I hope you can join these trips as well. A driver’s license or car is not required, as transportation is via public transport or taxi. Working hours are usually between 10:00 and 20:00, but there may be exceptions on travel days. I belong to the Heta union. The salary from July onwards is €13.23 per hour plus evening and weekend bonuses. The work begins in July or later by agreement. I am happy to answer additional questions.
