In your work, you will prepare bread from start to finish with professionalism and good technique. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week), with workdays starting as early as 04:30, which is ideal for early risers. The work begins in August and continues until the end of 2026. Traveling in the early mornings is easiest with your own transportation. Your days will mainly revolve around baking bread: preparing and handling doughs, proofing, shaping, and baking, ensuring quality and managing the work station, packing tasks if necessary. What we expect from you: you have experience in baking bread or strong experience in baking work, you work carefully and maintain rhythm even in early mornings, you have good Finnish language skills, you enjoy hands-on work and producing high-quality results, you can work independently but also as part of a team.
