We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support decision-making, reporting, and financial planning as a key role for our client. As a Senior Business Controller, you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and you will lead a small finance team. In this role, you will act as an active sparring partner for management and business, providing financial insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with management, supervisors, and other key stakeholders and influence business development from a financial perspective. The role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for the overall financial picture and to act as an active partner in supporting business success. You will succeed if you have - Strong Business Controller background - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting - Ability to analyze business and produce relevant information to support decision-making - Very strong Excel skills - Experience with SAP and/or Power BI environments - Suitable university degree - Fluent Finnish and good Swedish language skills - Experience in or readiness to act as a supervisor for a small expert team We are looking for an analytical and business-oriented professional who takes responsibility, dares to form opinions, justifies their proposed solutions, and collaborates with various stakeholders.
