Job Description
Tampere University is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to work on the NOISY project, developing noise-driven wireless communication methods for 6G and IoT. The role involves theoretical modeling, signaling, algorithm design, simulations, and practical validation using SDR platforms. The position is for 22 months starting as early as September 1, 2026, with a salary of approximately 4000 EUR/month, including benefits such as occupational health care, flexible work hours, and research infrastructure. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in electrical engineering or similar, with publications in top IEEE journals, and experience in physical layer security, low-power communications, or SDR prototyping.
