Job Description
We are looking for passenger service agents for apron surveillance at Rovaniemi Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. The role involves ensuring smooth travel for each customer and delivering an exceptional customer experience in cooperation with other airport operators. Tasks include apron surveillance, aircraft guidance, security checks, and passenger guidance. The job requires normal color vision and a B driver's license, with higher licenses and experience in airport environments being advantageous. The role involves shift work, and candidates will undergo security clearance, drug testing, and alcohol testing. The ideal candidate is positive, flexible, organized, able to handle stressful situations, and proficient in Finnish and English, with other languages a plus.
