Keva, Finland's largest pension insurer, is seeking an equity portfolio manager for its direct equity investments team. The role suits an analytical thinker who builds justified views and aims to develop long-term, quality-focused investing. The team manages a significant European equity portfolio with a long-term, company quality-based approach, investing in companies with sustainable competitive advantages, strong business models, and the ability to create value over time. The work rhythm is analytical, not reactive. The portfolio manager will analyze and select companies within a shared strategy framework, conduct company meetings, perform in-depth analyses, actively collaborate within the team, and participate in developing the investment process. The role offers the opportunity to focus on long-term investments without short-term pressure, in a knowledgeable team that values open discussion and shared development. The position is permanent, with a start date to be agreed. The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience in equity investing or demanding corporate and industry analysis, with a clear and long-term interest in listed stocks and a desire to deepen expertise in quality-oriented, long-term investing. Strong analytical skills, the ability to form independent investment views, and good teamwork and communication skills are required.
