Technical Property Maintenance Technician for Industrial Site - ISS Palvelut Oy - Porvoo, Finland

We are now seeking an experienced and proactive technical PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for a permanent position at a challenging and interesting industrial site in PORVOO KILPILAHTI! In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the site as part of our skilled team. Your work is independent and diverse, requiring the ability to prioritize tasks in a changing industrial environment. Your duties include preventive maintenance and minor repairs. Additionally, waste collection, outdoor area maintenance, and consideration of the specific requirements of the industrial area are part of your responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with external service providers and site users. The working hours are mainly weekdays during daytime, but we hope for flexibility in working hours and on-call readiness. This is a full-time, permanent employment. The start date will be agreed upon. The salary will be at least according to the Property Services Sector collective agreement (14.20 €/h), with possible overtime pay based on actual hours worked and additional training allowances based on completed qualifications.
