Job Description
The primary function of the Outside Sales is to deliver sales budget targets and execute account development plans. You will be responsible for the planning and development of sales activity, identifying new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to maximize net contribution for the country. By maintaining day-to-day communication and building strong relationships, you ensure the company remains the preferred choice for our customer base. Your Profile We are looking for a competitive and results-driven sales professional who can work independently and together with others to overcome obstacles and close deals. To succeed, you must be socially competent and a sharp listener who can translate customer needs into winning deals. We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of working experience within the shipping or freight forwarding industry, with a strong background in sales. More than experience, you must possess a genuine passion for sales, bringing high energy and a winning personality to drive deals. Primary Job Responsibilities - Sales Visits & Prospecting: Visiting new and existing customers to negotiate prices, securing the best cargo mix and net contribution targets to meet sales plans. - Sales Coverage: Establish and maintain regular contact with major customers to win and increase their business. - Business Development: Proactively develop high-potential target customers with the objective of widening our support base. - Market Insight: Monitor local competition and market trends, providing regular reports and fresh proposals to the Country Manager. - Collaboration: Liaise with Inside Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met and operational issues are resolved. Communicate with our ONE-offices globally. - Reporting: Ensure all sales activity is accurately reported within the CRM system. Requirements

- Fluent in Finnish and English, both verbal and written.
