At Joblink, you do gig work in various retail locations during shifts you choose yourself. You work flexibly according to your own schedule. You can conveniently book shifts using the Joblink app. Most shifts are booked on short notice for the same week, but sometimes you know your shifts several weeks in advance. It is good to know that gig work often follows our clients' seasonal peaks – during busy times, there are many shifts, and during quieter seasons, fewer. Your own flexibility, attitude, and activity influence how many shifts are offered to you. Shelf stockers receive and unload shipments, place products on shelves, and ensure that shelves stay tidy. Shelf stocking requires accuracy, quick work pace, and organization. The work of an online store picker is diverse, hectic, and requires precision. Orders are collected and packed quickly, several per day. The picker’s work demands accuracy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Products must be fresh, with proper expiration dates, and always meet customer expectations. The work is physically demanding due to lifting and moving heavy products. Good overall fitness is required. The work is mainly in the mornings starting at 6 or 7 am, making it suitable especially for morning people. Work is performed flexibly from Monday to Saturday. Both in online store picking and shelf stocking, work is brisk but with a sense of humor! All retail work fundamentally aims to leave the customer with a good feeling after their shopping trip. You do not need to fear being thrown into the deep end without the required skills. What do we expect from you? You do not need previous work experience; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are most important to us. Previous experience in daily goods retail is a plus but not a requirement. As a gig worker, you enjoy variety and have the courage to take on multiple different work sites. We hope you have good social skills and are enthusiastic about meeting new people.
