Job Description
Forcit, a Finnish explosive industry company with over 130 years of experience, is building a new TNT production plant in Noormarkku, Pori. We are seeking a Production Development Engineer to join a role that combines analytics, practical development, and the opportunity to influence production operations. The engineer will participate in describing plant operations, creating commissioning plans, and preparing production readiness. Responsibilities include improving efficiency, capacity, throughput times, developing technical solutions, analyzing production data, and collaborating with various functions. The role requires technical education, experience in manufacturing or process industry, understanding of production processes, and fluency in Finnish and English.
