Job Description
We are hiring guidance workers for temporary positions at Tavana Otava in Oulu. The role involves supporting clients in daily life activities such as medication management, meal support, financial matters, maintaining daily rhythms, and assisting with errands. Work is performed independently in clients' homes within a multidisciplinary team. The position is located in Metsokangas, Oulu, serving clients with mental health, substance abuse issues, or aftercare from child protection services. The salary is based on the private social services collective agreement, with a starting range of €2415.76 to €2612.33 per month depending on experience. Requirements include a practical nurse qualification, hygiene pass, first aid training, and registration with Valvira. Experience in social or health care is advantageous.
