Job Description
Enersense Engineering Oy is currently seeking a Construction Technical Manager (Civils Manager) for a permanent position on our client's data center project in Kirkkonummi. The start date is as soon as possible. Responsibilities include leading civil work packages, managing project teams, supporting subcontractors, overseeing design and BIM processes, safety, quality assurance, and project scheduling. Requirements include relevant civil engineering education, at least 7 years of CSA experience, large project execution, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of civil work packages
- Manage the project team, including design managers, engineers, and site supervisors
- Support the team in managing subcontractors
- Oversee subcontractors' design elements to ensure proper execution and necessary approvals before construction begins on site
- Ensure compliance with BIM processes by subcontractors
- Collaborate with safety personnel to manage occupational safety
- Oversee quality assurance (QA) on site in cooperation with the project team
- Manage project schedule in collaboration with other stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant education in civil engineering or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in the CSA sector
- Experience in executing large projects
- Experience from concept to delivery in project implementation
- Skills in scheduling, programming, managing subcontractors, and workflow organization
- Ability to lead teams effectively
- Previous experience in data center projects is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
