Job Description
The Lead Developer, Salesforce is a key development role, responsible for leading the hands-on development, configuration, and technical implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that support business goals. You will guide the team in best practices, technical excellence, and cybersecurity awareness, ensuring solutions are high-quality, maintainable, and future-proof. The role involves translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, leading the full development lifecycle from design through deployment, and fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams. This position is based in Helsinki, Finland, but we're also open to applications in our Tampere and Raisio sites. Key responsibilities include driving technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, mentoring developers, managing project delivery, and providing support and process improvements.
