Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contractor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in the Web 3 industry. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong team to drive our mission forward. This is a 6 months contract role. Key Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, managing candidate experience, maintaining ATS, developing employer branding, providing recruitment updates, and supporting HR projects. Qualifications include 3-5 years of proven experience, preferably in tech or fin-tech, with Web3/Crypto experience a plus. Excellent communication, relationship-building, independence, organizational skills, results-driven attitude, strong values, and fluency in Mandarin and English are required. This is a fully remote, global role with the right to work in the candidate's country.
