Senior Manager, Services GTM - NA - Nexthink - Remote - Global

This role sits at the intersection of sales and delivery — that is the PS face to the sales organisation in North America. The role involves owning the services narrative with sales, driving positioning, acting as escalation point, and ensuring value delivery is visible and tied to outcomes. Responsibilities include partner collaboration, escalation management, value quality assurance, team leadership, at-risk account management, business reporting, and strategic support. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience at the interface of sales and professional services, proven leadership, escalation management skills, and experience with enterprise SaaS. The role offers a salary of $150,000-180,000 with a total OTE of $210,000-250,000, plus comprehensive benefits.
