As the primary user responsible for Pepi's development (specialist designer), you will monitor Pepi's development work, identify development needs, and participate in defining, prioritizing, estimating costs, and preparing for tenders and procurements. You will be responsible for the development roadmap of Pepi in collaboration with Polamk's IT management and POL IT (Police Information Technology Center). You will also prepare decisions related to Pepi. In the role of specialist designer, you will plan and implement updates for new application versions and document changes. You will participate in defining access rights, risk management, and monitor usage logs. You will lead user meetings. Coordinate the work of internal Pepi groups at Polamk and serve as chair of the Pepi expert group. Participate in handling service requests, troubleshooting, analyzing disturbances, and planning user communication and support. Work closely with other Pepi experts in Student Services, Polamk's IT management, POL IT, and the supplier. You will be involved in the activities of the Pepi consortium and organize participation in thematic groups at Polamk. You are a significant member of the Pepi administrator team! The position is located within the Student Services unit of the Police University College. The Student Services unit includes areas responsible for Teaching and Learning, Admissions and Student Well-being, and Library and Information Services.
