Hello, dedicated and professional caregiver with a big heart! We are seeking to strengthen our home care teams for children and adolescents. The work takes place in the homes of our lovely child clients, where you can provide high-quality and meaningful care with your own personality. Shifts are arranged one client at a time. In this role, in addition to quality care, calmness and good resources are emphasized. Daily tasks include medication administration, daily rehabilitative activities, basic care, and clinical nursing tasks (such as daily vital sign measurements and monitoring, PEG feeding, suction device use, and ventilation monitoring). Shifts are mostly available in the evenings on weekdays, but also in the mornings, nights, and weekends. You can work throughout the Uusimaa region or, based on your preferences, only in Espoo, Kauniainen, or Helsinki. We hope you have a desire to work with children, a warm attitude towards our seriously ill clients, reliability, and enthusiasm for implementing evidence-based care. The job requires a qualification as a practical nurse and a valid medication license (LOP). Due to the nature of the tasks, sufficient Finnish language skills are also required. Our pay is in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Private Social Services Sector.
