Tampereen Voimistelijat ry is seeking recreational coaches for the autumn 2026 and spring 2027 recreational groups. Tampereen Voimistelijat offers nearly one hundred weekly recreational groups for various age groups from 3 years old to adults. Our disciplines include artistic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, trampoline gymnastics, teamgym, and competitive aerobic. Our recreational groups operate at Ikuri Sports Hall, Lielahti Acro Center, Ratinan Artistic Gymnastics Hall, as well as at Hallila, Leinola, Isokuus, and Sampo schools. We are looking for hourly workers. Tasks include roles as responsible coaches for groups and assistant coaches. Work can be as little as one hour per week or up to nearly 20 hours per week if desired. If you have experience in coaching gymnastics disciplines, it may be possible to combine coaching with training for competitive teams. We will provide orientation and training on the club's practices in August before the start of coaching groups. Coaching work begins in the last week of August. We expect employees to: - get along well with children - have group management skills - be available for evening or weekend work - have experience in physical activity instruction - have a background in gymnastics or coaching experience is considered an advantage.
