We are seeking HVAC installers for our clients in new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. The job may include installation work, measurements, adjustments, and maintenance tasks depending on the project. We primarily look for candidates with some experience, but if you have completed HVAC training and have some worksite experience as a newer worker, please apply! We expect proactive attitude on the construction site and a desire to complete your tasks smoothly. We value motivated workers who perform their duties with excellent workmanship. For more experienced professionals, more demanding tasks are available, while those just starting in the field will find tasks suitable for their skill level and opportunities for development. We expect: - Vocational training in the field and relevant work experience - Motivated attitude and desire to perform excellently, with Finnish language skills at least in professional terminology - Ability to work independently in diverse tasks - Ability to read technical drawings - Teamwork skills among different parties on site - Problem-solving skills and initiative - Valid safety training card or willingness to obtain one during the application process. In construction work, we follow the collective agreement for building services technicians. - Salary in the range of approximately 15-19 €/h depending on skills and experience. - Working hours are generally between 6-16 on weekdays, mainly in the Tampere region in Pirkanmaa. - A driver’s license and access to a car are considered advantages, but some sites can be accessed by public transport.
