Early years teacher

Satuherttua is a three-group, all-ages daycare located in the Herttuankulma area. It provides individualized attention to each child to support their learning and growth, with a diverse and open environment. We expect applicants to have teamwork skills, knowledge of positive pedagogy, experience in full-day pedagogy, and strong interaction skills, as well as abilities to guide children in need of support using supportive signs, pictures, reward systems, and motivational methods in daily routines; suitable training is required. The Early Childhood Teacher acts as the team leader alongside a social pedagogue, a caregiver, and a support worker, with the consulting approach and daycare director’s support. We value diversity of activities and active involvement of children and their families. Currently we are seeking a teacher for the 3–5 year old group. We offer a pleasant and motivated work community where you can express yourself. All staff receive a comprehensive medical-equivalent health insurance. The employment is permanent with a probationary period.
