Business Controller - Canatu Oyj - Remote - Global

Canatu Plc, a Finnish deep technology company listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland, is recruiting a Business Controller to join the finance team. As a trusted business partner, you drive planning, forecasting, and margin management while overseeing the order-to-cash and revenue cycle. It is a broad controlling role with room to take on growing ownership as the company scales internationally. You are reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and you are working side by side with a small team of finance experts. Core responsibilities include financial planning & analysis, order-to-cash and revenue management, process and cross-functional collaboration, and external reporting. The ideal candidate has around 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business control, or audit, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or technology company. Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost accounting, and revenue recognition are required. Fluency in English and Finnish is necessary. The role is based in Vantaa, Finland, with a hybrid remote work arrangement.
