Business Controller, KH Group Oyj - Greenstep Oy - Remote - Global

As Business Controller, you will elevate our internal accounting to the next level, managing internal cost accounting, analysis, and reporting for rental operations, sales, and after-market services. You will also handle profit, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts, as well as procurement and order backlog reporting. Collaborating with the corporate finance team, you will develop financial functions to promote sustainable growth, working closely with operational teams and reporting to the Group CFO. Your tasks include supporting decision-making through KPI analysis, managing financial reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, forecasting, and budgeting, producing high-quality financial analysis, participating in system and process development projects, and ensuring internal controls are met. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, a higher university degree (e.g., KTM), experience in financial planning and analysis, goal setting, and forecasting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial modeling. Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English are essential. Experience with IFRS reporting and listed company environments is a plus. The position is versatile and responsible, with a focus on hands-on work and strategic overview, suitable for someone resilient to change and uncertainty. The work model is hybrid, with occasional presence at the Klaukkala headquarters.
