Property Maintenance Worker | Rovaniemi - Alltime Suomi Oy - Rovaniemi, Finland

We are currently seeking a skilled property maintenance worker for Alltimen on a full-time (37.5 hours/week), permanent basis in Rovaniemi. As an Alltimen property maintenance worker, your daily tasks include maintenance work on the exterior and interior of properties, repair and maintenance tasks, and providing smooth customer service. Working hours are generally on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00, with the possibility of on-call shifts as you become familiar with the tasks and sites. Travel to work sites is done with Alltimen company vehicles, so a valid B driver's license is required for the job. We expect applicants to have: - A fearless, confident customer service attitude and the ability to work independently and responsibly in daily tasks - A basic, professional, or specialized professional qualification in property maintenance - Previous experience in property maintenance tasks We offer you the opportunity to work in a pleasant work community in an independent role, with high-quality and up-to-date tools and equipment. We pay a salary according to the Kipa TES agreement (PR5, €14.58/hour), depending on your education and experience. There is also potential for training allowance and/or personal allowance.
