Job Description

Your tasks As a Customer Fee Secretary, you will be responsible for preparing, making decisions on, and invoicing results-based customer fees. Your work also includes customer service through various channels, preparing and making decisions on fee reduction and write-off decisions, and participating in the appeal process regarding these fees. The work is independent and appropriately challenging, but you will receive support from experienced colleagues and your team. You will be part of Varha's Financial Services Center, where the work is diverse and evolving. In this role, you will continuously learn new things and understand the overall picture of customer fees as part of broader financial management. Your primary workplace is located at Kärsämäentie 11, Turku. We have open-plan office facilities, and after the orientation period, you will have the opportunity for partial remote work.
