Machinists for AGCO Power Oy in Nokian - Innolink Staff

We are looking for machinists for our client AGCO Power Oy in Nokian Linnavuori for long-term employment. The work begins according to agreement. AGCO is one of the world's largest agricultural machinery manufacturers. AGCO Power Oy is responsible for the group's engine needs at four factories in Finland, Brazil, China, and Argentina. Our engines are used in agricultural tractors, harvesters, forestry machines, material handling equipment, as well as diesel generators and pumps. We manufacture engines in the power range of 60 - 700 hp. Additionally, we produce gearboxes, gearbox components, and backup power units. The job involves machining of gears, axles, and engine blocks depending on the department: setting up, process monitoring, and quality control (measurement). You will supervise multiple machining centers simultaneously. Programming skills are not required. We hope you have: - Machinist training or equivalent experience - An active attitude and willingness to learn - Measurement and drawing reading skills - Readiness to work in future three- or four-shift schedules, with shifts possibly lasting 12 hours and including Saturday work - The ability to use a car, as the location (Linnavuori, Nokia) facilitates commuting Experience in robotics and previous machining experience are considered an advantage.
