Korn Ferry is searching for a Campus or University Recruiter to support one of our RPO clients remotely from your professional home office anywhere in the United States. As a member of Korn Ferry, the University Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities. The University Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities include developing talent pipelines, conducting role briefings, competency-based screening, building relationships with students, and managing sourcing activities. Requirements include 3+ years of full cycle recruitment, applicant tracking system experience, and strong sourcing skills. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role involves 30% travel and focuses on candidate relationship management.
