Job Description
We are recruiting for multiple Electrical and IT Supervisor positions across our growing renewable energy project portfolio. Responsibilities include supervising eBoP, IT, substation and transformer construction activities, ensuring high-quality installation, working closely with project managers, monitoring contractor QA/QC and HSE performance, reporting deviations, supporting contractors, coordinating interfaces between civil works, participating in design reviews, inspections, project meetings, and supporting risk mitigation activities. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, experience supervising electrical works, strong QA/QC and HSE understanding, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Finnish and English. Advantageous are wind farm experience, SCADA, IT, communication systems experience, and familiarity with Fingrid, TSO, or DSO interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Supervise eBoP, IT, substation and transformer construction activities on site
- Ensure high-quality installation and construction work
- Work closely with Site Managers and Grid Managers to achieve project milestones
- Monitor contractor QA/QC and HSE performance at site level
- Identify, document and report technical deviations
- Support contractors in successful delivery of their scope
- Coordinate interfaces between civil works, foundations, substations, transformers, overhead lines and turbine installation activities
- Participate in design reviews, inspections and project meetings
- Support risk identification and mitigation activities within electrical project scopes
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience supervising electrical works
- Experience with substations, MV/HV systems, electrical infrastructure or industrial projects
- Strong QA/QC and HSE understanding
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent Finnish and English
