Job Description
We are seeking a highly structured, disciplined, and execution-focused Project Manager with strong Content Management capabilities to support and coordinate the marketing function. This role is responsible for maintaining full oversight of the marketing calendar, campaign planning, asset production timelines, and cross-department coordination. In parallel, the role requires hands-on content ownership, including writing, editing, publishing, and reporting. The ideal candidate combines operational rigour with editorial precision and has a strong understanding of how trading platforms and digital products function, enabling accurate and strategically aligned communication.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and disciplined execution.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns for product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotions.
- Define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
- Ensure campaign assets are scoped, produced, reviewed, and delivered on time.
- Monitor risks and remove bottlenecks.
- Maintain workflows and documentation standards.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and summaries.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure messaging reflects platform functionality and compliance.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid strategic role
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated or product-driven environments
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial products, or digital asset markets
- Excellent written and editorial skills in English
- Exceptional organisational discipline and deadline management
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Experience with CMS platforms and marketing reporting frameworks
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
