Lead planner / SATA Shipbuilding Oy - Worker Henkilöstö- ja Kehittämispalvelut Oy - Pori, Finland

We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Lead Planner to strengthen our project organization in shipbuilding and offshore projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project scheduling, developing planning activities, and analyzing and reporting project progress. As Lead Planner, you will be responsible for comprehensive project scheduling and planning guidance throughout all project phases. You will play a central role between project management, design, procurement, and production, ensuring projects progress as planned and efficiently. Your tasks will include creating, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules; leading and coordinating planning activities; developing scheduling processes, practices, and tools; reporting, analyzing, and forecasting project status; identifying deviations and planning corrective actions; collaborating with project management, production, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. We expect you to have relevant technical or commercial education (e.g., engineer, MSc); strong experience in project scheduling in demanding industrial projects; experience in shipbuilding, offshore, or other project-driven industries; insight into project phases from bidding and design to implementation and commissioning; a particularly strong understanding of production and the requirements for production scheduling and control; experience in leading and developing planning functions; ability to analyze project performance and produce quality reports for decision-making; experience with scheduling tools (Safra is an advantage); good communication and collaboration skills.
