Job Description
You will work with strategic technology consulting and help Norway's leading companies navigate complex M&A processes. The role involves technical due diligence, software and SaaS architecture assessment, IT separation, integration planning, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure analysis. You will analyze technological landscapes, system dependencies, and business implications of technology choices in transactions. The work varies between technical analysis, developing decision materials for investors and management, client meetings, due diligence interviews, and learning from experienced Technology M&A consultants. The ideal candidate has studied computer science, technology, or similar, and will graduate in summer 2027.
