Job Description
The role involves managing customer requests and technical issues via Polestar channels, ensuring high service quality, and achieving customer satisfaction and SLA targets. Responsibilities include front-line support, issue management, remote troubleshooting, roadside assistance, coordination with the service network, technical training, managing commercial opportunities, and back-office activities. The ideal candidate has a degree (nice to have), a valid driving license, fluent Italian, B2 English, strong customer focus, goal-oriented work style, technical problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. The contract is initially 12 months, based in Milan, with a hybrid remote work setup.
