Cashier, Customer Service and Café Supervisor at New Oulu Biltema Store - Biltema - Remote - Global

Are you interested in retail and the dynamic world of department stores? Do you have self-drive, positive energy, and a desire to develop as a retail professional? We are looking for a cashier, customer service, and café supervisor for our new Oulu department store on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for the operation of the cash registers, customer service points, and the café at Biltema Oulu, including cash routines and financial transactions. You will also handle complaints and returns properly and train new employees. Your café duties include overall responsibility for Biltema Café's daily operations, training, and competence assurance of the café staff. You will be part of the store management team and oversee the entire store operations, also engaging with customers. We expect you to have retail or grocery experience, good interpersonal skills, leadership interest or experience, responsibility, positivity, flexibility, and availability for all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Finnish, English, and Swedish language skills are preferred. We offer a responsible and diverse position in an international retail chain, a relaxed and encouraging work environment, and detailed training. The position is permanent, full-time, with an average of 37.5 hours/week, starting as agreed. The salary is at least 2,500 €/month, based on experience and qualifications, with additional evening and weekend pay according to collective agreement.
