We are seeking an instructor for a fixed-term employment at Oulu Activity Center Majakka from August 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop mobile day and work activities for people with intellectual disabilities at Oulu Activity Center Majakka. Majakka is located in the Linnanmaa district (Teknologiantie 9). The instructor is responsible for planning and implementing individual client work in work and day services, and actively participates in developing the unit’s activities, taking social legislation into account. Your main duties include guiding and developing mobile day and work activities. The work is regular daytime work. A valid driver’s license is required. Majakka organizes group-based day activities for clients with intellectual disabilities and mobile day and work activities on weekdays. It offers a cozy, stimulating, and safe environment to deliver services in collaboration with other staff. Success in this role requires independent responsibility for a mobile client group and activity development, as well as the ability to establish cooperation contacts.
