Are you an experienced mechanical designer seeking a new and interesting challenge in your career? We are looking for a mechanical designer for our client in Vaasa on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be involved in designing engines and engine environments, as well as product development. The client offers varied and diverse design tasks supported by an experienced team. The main responsibilities include mechanical design and participation in product development projects. You will be involved in activities such as conceptualizing solutions, modeling, and producing manufacturing documentation. You will work independently but have the support of an experienced team. The position is suitable for someone with a degree in mechanical engineering or a Master of Science in Technology, preferably with experience in mechanical design. Experience with Creo and Windchill tools is considered an advantage. You can be an experienced professional or a recent graduate with potential. The role requires problem-solving and teamwork skills, as well as spoken and written English proficiency. We offer a approximately one-year fixed-term employment with our international client in Vaasa. Depending on the situation, there may be an opportunity for extension. The start date is early August.
