We are looking for customer-oriented waiters and bar waiters to join the Ruby & Fellas team. As a waiter or bar waiter, you play an important role in creating comfortable and high-quality restaurant experiences for our customers. You will work as part of a professional team and ensure that guests receive friendly, smooth, and high-quality service throughout their visit. The work is varied and fast-paced, offering the opportunity to work in a lively event restaurant environment. Your tasks include customer service, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. As a bar waiter, you will also be responsible for preparing drinks. You will work closely with the kitchen and other service staff, and maintain the cleanliness of your work station and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. We expect you to have a cheerful and service-minded attitude and a genuine interest in the restaurant industry. You will succeed if you enjoy working with people, are proactive, and can maintain a positive attitude even in busy situations. Previous experience in serving or bar work is appreciated. Proficiency in Finnish is essential, and knowledge of English is considered an advantage. A hygiene passport is required, and a alcohol service license is a plus.
