Marketing Consultant (EST or CST remote) - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a Marketing Consultant in the eastern or central time zone. This position plays a key role in supporting RPO commercial growth by developing and executing targeted marketing activity that engages priority clients and markets. The role focuses on creating industry and region-specific campaigns and content that strengthen Korn Ferry’s RPO market presence, generates interest, and supports sales opportunities. Working across global regions, the individual will deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that enhance client conversations, build credibility in key sectors, and contribute to pipeline development. Key Responsibilities include executing multi-channel campaigns aligned to strategy, developing marketing materials, tailoring campaigns for industries and regions, creating thought leadership content, supporting events, collaborating on landing pages, supporting social media, coordinating analyst activities, tracking performance, and monitoring market trends. Traits include being organized, flexible, proactive, collaborative, resourceful, results-oriented, and open to AI tools. Requirements include 3+ years of marketing experience, excellent content creation skills, a high school diploma (degree preferred), familiarity with business solutions and tech marketing, and location in eastern or central time zone.
